That comes after the sticky inflation data seen this week, in which core annual inflation in the Eurozone jumped to a record high. The call by Morgan Stanley fits with higher revisions in the past week from Deutsche and JP Morgan – who both now forecast the ECB’s terminal rate to be at 3.75%.
